Laurie Schenker Polleck
Laurie Schenker Polleck is a former Bankruptcy Partner at Jaspan Schlesinger LLP. Laurie joined Loizides P.A. in July of 2011 as of Counsel. Her experience includes serving as co-counsel duties in Chapter 11 corporate bankruptcy cases representing partners, creditors, suppliers, debtors and other interested parties. Ms. Polleck also served as co-counsel on Chancery and U.S. District commercial litigation matters . Since joining Loizides P.A., Laurie's work has focused on bankruptcy adversary proceedings including preference actions, appellate advocacy and general corporate matters.
Laurie has worked as an attorney for twenty-four years in the tri-state area and nine years as a Delaware attorney.
Ms Polleck's bar memberships include Delaware (2002), District of Columbia (2000), New Jersey (1995) and Pennsylvania (1988).
Ms. Polleck received her Juris Doctorate at Widener University School of Law, Wilmington Delaware.
